An item consisting of a series of blades fastened together on disks mounted on a central shaft, or a series of curved blades mounted on an integral part of the disk on the shaft, set at an angle and extending radially from the disk or extending from the axis of rotation to the rim of the disk. It is designed to receive energy to obtain rotary motion by expansion of steam creating kinetic energy which is then partially absorbed by causing the steam to act on blades causing rotary motion to the turbine rotor which, through a main reduction gear, turns the shaft delivering working energy.
