An accessory item which is compatible with the table,urological, and attaches to the table side rail with a special clamp. It is designed to provide upper arm support during lateral positioning by allowing the arm to be extended up and away from the chest wall. In addition it provides for general type support during prone, supine, sitting, "park bench" positioning. It is fully adjustable with the universal ball joints.
