A console specifically designed to be used in field command posts for the purpose of command and control. It comprises two separate components, each built with a set of carrying handles. The components are a cpu module and an electronic display of 1024 x 1280 pixel resolution. The entire unit is ruggedised to military standards and mounted on flat surfaces. The console can operate in both the standalone and lan configurations.
