fibrebolt studs and nuts should be used together as a system to assure proper fit and properties. fibrebolt studs are pultruded, fiberglass reinforced vinyl ester threaded rods and thermoplastic hex shaped nuts. the properties and characteristics differ from steel. may be used in combination with p/n stud 1/2-13 unc (p/n 310002-01) with nsn: 5306-01-528-4051. washer thickness is 1/8" and width across the flats is 7/8".
